After a full week of being on the trail, it was bittersweet to be completing our journey in 2014. It was a cold, rainy, cloudy and windy day to ride 37 miles to Grafton, but we accomplished what we set out to do!
This week on May 22, 2018, we will ride the Amtrak out to Sedalia and ride 100 miles on the Katy once again. We have a goal of riding the whole trail again this year, only in segments. If you haven’t done any of the Katy Trail or even parts of it, I challenge you to make plans to do the whole trail. It’s a wonderful time!
